ORANGE — An Orange man has been cited by Vermont State Police on suspicion of driving under the influence after rolling his vehicle on Route 302 Sunday.

State police say they were called to a single-vehicle rollover and a witness told them Joshua Welch, 22, was the driver and had asked the witness for a ride home. Troopers said they went to Welch’s residence and found him under the influence.

He is scheduled to appear in Orange County criminal court May 27 to answer the charge.
