BARRE — A Granite City man has been cited for stealing a mountain bike Tuesday.

Police say the owner of the bike reported it stolen and soon after found it at a thrift shop in Barre. Officers went to the thrift shop, recovered the bike, and after an investigation discovered Corrigan was the one who took the bike.
