We Dig BarreApril 22,2013
Luck Brothers hours of operation today to Thursday will be 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Much of our work will be focused on the detour route from last year. This includes Maple Avenue, Summer Street, and Elm Street. We will also begin prepping Main Street for paving operations which are scheduled to begin in May. Some of this will require workers and equipment to be in the middle of Main Street, and one-lane traffic may be necessary at times. Please use caution. Some parking spaces will be cordoned off at various times. Advance notice will be given if parking is restricted on Main Street for a prolonged period of time.
We have various tasks to be finished up from last year, such as cobblestone placement, plantings, and meter post installations. This means we may be working at some locations at random times.
As the construction season is now in full swing and more workers are hard at work on your streets, please pay close attention to message boards, traffic detour signs, advance warning signs, uniformed traffic officers, and flaggers who will be posted at strategic locations for traffic control. Expect minor delays at times and plan your commute accordingly.
