ALBURGH — Vermont State Police say they believe a fire that destroyed a mobile home in Alburgh was intentionally set.

The fire was reported on Thursday by the person living in the trailer.

Police say fire departments from Vermont and New York were able to put the fire out but the trailer was a total loss.

No one was hurt, while damage is estimated to be more than $10,000.

Police say the cause of the fire is still being investigated but it’s believed that the fire was set on purpose.
