• St. Johnsbury man off to jail for child porn

    RUTLAND — A St. Johnsbury man has been sentenced to a little over two years in prison for possession of child pornography.

    Police said Volker Reuss, 68, sent an image of child pornography to a minor in town, and that child porn had been discovered on Reuss’ home computer.

    An examination of the computer showed 183 images and a video of child pornography.

    Reuss was sentenced Thursday in U.S. District Court in Rutland.
