    Carmen Ann Peral Rites

    BERLIN — The committal service for Carmen Ann Peral, a resident at the Berlin Health and Rehabilitation Center since 2011, was held Friday, March 22, 2013, at 11 a.m. in the Hope Cemetery in Barre City.

    She was a Graniteville native and had lived in Quincy and Weymouth, Massachusetts, for many years. She died at the nursing home on March 14, 2013.

    The Reverend Daniel Lokanga, Parochial Vicar of Saint Monica Catholic Church, conducted the service and led the congregation in the hymns “Holy God, We Praise Thy Name,” “Amazing Grace” and “How Great Though Art.”

    The Hooker and Whitcomb Funeral Home, 7 Academy Street, Barre, was in charge of the arrangements.
