Duxbury man is new director of elections in Vt.March 21,2013
MONTPELIER — A Duxbury man has been named the new director of elections and campaign finance in the Vermont secretary of state’s office.
Will Senning replaces Kathy Scheele, who is retiring at the end of March after more than 13 years on the job.
Senning, who received a law degree from Vermont Law School in 2006, joined the elections division of the secretary of state’s office two years ago.
The secretary of state says Senning has worked closely with the outgoing Scheele over the last two years, learning the laws, processes, and responsibilities involved in the administration of Vermont’s elections.MORE IN This Just InWASHINGTON — Two senior Islamic State group leaders were killed in U.S. Full StoryVATICAN CITY — Pope Francis rightly got credit for helping bring the U.S. Full StoryMAIDUGURI, Nigeria — Islamic extremists killed 35 people and kidnapped at least 185 in an attack...
