The following is a sampling of incidents as reported to Montpelier police in recent days.
Someone was sitting on a bridge at the intersection of East Montpelier Road and Gallison Hill Road.
A cellphone was found in front of City Hall.
On Baldwin Street, a neighbor was screaming and banging.
Someone heard noises on a Berlin Street porch.
On East State Street, someone was sleeping in a car.
A tire was in the middle of the road at the intersection of Memorial Drive and Dog River Road.
Water was bubbling out of the pavement on Liberty Street.
Someone on State Street lost a wallet and thought it may have been stolen.
A small, shaggy gray and white dog was running in the road at the intersection of Liberty and Loomis streets.
Someone reported a pair of prescription glasses was lost.
A silver earring was found.
There was a foul smell on State Street.
A black dog with brown markings was running around the roundabout.
A set of keys was lost on Bailey Avenue.
On Main Street, a small pink, white and blue Vera Bradley item was lost.
Around 9 p.m., the light in the Green Mountain Cemetery office was on.
A box was in the road at the intersection of Main and Spring streets.
There was a water leak on Berlin Street.
A set of keys was found on Barre Street.
A two-car accident occurred on Memorial Drive around 11 a.m. No injuries were reported.
A woman on College Street had her ATM card stolen.
Six gunshots were heard on Wheelock Street.
A River Street neighbor was playing music too loudly.
Water was coming out of the ground on Cedar Street.
Neighbors were shooting off fireworks on East State Street.
Someone vandalized a Main Street door.
A credit card was stolen from a Winter Street resident.
On Main Street, a wallet was found.

On March 11, Jennifer MacDonald, 28, was picked up on an arrest warrant after failing to appear for a court date.
On March 12, Joseph Robert Morris, 24, was cited on a charge of violating conditions of release.
