FAIRLEE — A New Hampshire man has been cited by Vermont State Police on a charge of driving under the influence Friday night in Fairlee.

Daniel Carbee, 36, of Claremont, was driving at the intersection of Lake Morey Road and U.S. Route 5 around 10:45 p.m. when state police say they saw him use his left turn signal and then turn right. Carbee was pulled over, and state police say signs of his impairment from drinking were present.

Carbee is to appear in Orange County criminal court April 3 to answer the charge.
