• Police: Truck hits school bus mirror

    FAIRFAX — Vermont State Police say a tractor trailer struck the mirror of a Georgia Elementary School bus as it was passing it, causing minor injuries to a child.

    Police said the truck was traveling south on Route 104A in Fairfax on Wednesday when it hit the mirror of the bus going the other way. The collision caused glass to shatter inside the bus, injuring the juvenile. Police said the truck did not stop.

    The child was treated at the scene.
