EAST MONTPELIER — Vermont State Police say a St. Johnsbury man and a Jeffersonville woman were driving with suspended licenses in East Montpelier on Wednesday.

Mike Sherburne, 27, and Amber Teague, 23, were both pulled over on Route 2 and are scheduled to appear in Washington County criminal court April 4 to answer the charges.
