• Conn. driver faces marijuana charge

    WATERBURY A Connecticut man is facing a charge of having 6.5 grams of marijuana in his vehicle, according to Vermont State Police.

    State police say Bradley J. Neuberth, 34, of Greenwich, Conn., was pulled over on Interstate 89 in Waterbury. State police say the odor of intoxicants was detected coming from the vehicle and that the occupants admitted having the marijuana.

    Neuberth is to appear in Washington County criminal court April 11 to answer the charge.
