• Barre man arrested on two warrants

    BERLIN — Police say a Barre man was arrested on two active warrants Thursday.

    Corey Couture, 30, was spotted by police driving on Fisher Road in Berlin. Police said they knew he had a suspended license and pulled him over. Police then discovered an active arrest warrant out of Chittenden County court and an active warrant out of Washington County court.

    Couture was held for lack of $1,500 bail.
