Support Steve Cook

I am writing today to share my experiences in working with Steve Cook in helping to bring economic recovery to The Mount Snow Valley. Last fall, in one collaborative project I worked with Steve on, Steve’s ability to focus in on the underlying causes of our current economic climate helped us design a clear and detailed plan to help bring new business to the valley.

I found Steve to be insightful and thoughtful about assessing the various approaches we could take on our project. When he did not know the answer to a question he would stop and solicit help from those with more local knowledge. With new information at hand, Steve returned to the task ready to proceed. I always found Steve to be collaborative and willing to compromise on subjective issues that clearly had multiple solutions available.

Our valley benefited from Steve’s background and experience in analyzing our economic challenges and developing a plan to stimulate business, bringing much needed revenue to private businesses as well as the 1 percent coffers of our town governments.

I look forward to working with Steve again in the near future.
