A motorcycle was vandalized around 12:30 p.m. at Pioneer Center.
A panic alarm at a Department of Motor Vehicles counter was pressed around 12:45 p.m.
“Threats to kill” were spoken on Cummings Street.
A couple was arguing behind an apartment building on Barre Street.
A vehicle hit a deer around 9:25 p.m. near Main Street and Towne Hill Road.
Music was blaring around 2 a.m. from Subway, which appeared unoccupied.
A simple assault occurred on National Life Drive.
Three males were huddled together outside a window around 2:15 p.m. at 535 Stone Cutters Way.
Males were outside 535 Stone Cutters Way again about 2:30 p.m.
A dog near the corner of Northfield Street and Independence Green had been barking all day and night.
An item was stolen from a Berlin Street porch.
A person was concerned about the way vehicles were parked on Bailey Avenue.
A person was concerned a Liberty Street power line may snap.
A red fox was hit and killed on Route 2.
A skunk thought to have distemper on School Street was chased.
Montpelier resident Todd Ploof was intoxicated around 2 a.m. on Main Street, and during processing, a small amount of marijuana was found in a plastic bag inside his wallet, police said.
A skunk was wandering around again near Liberty and Loomis streets.
A dog ran off into the woods around 9 p.m. near Robinhood Circle.
Police cited the following people:
Chelsea R. Parker, 24, of Northfield, on a charge of driving while her license was suspended Thursday.
Joshua G. Hosmer, 37, of Montpelier, on Friday for a forged prescription and two other offenses. Police said dispatch noted Feb. 14 that a physician assistant at Central Vermont Medical Center gave a prescription to Hosmer but he tripled the amount. He also contacted a woman Friday even though court conditions barred him from doing so, police said.
Derek A. Metivier, 28, of Montpelier, on a charge of retail theft on Friday. Police said a man and woman were putting things in their pockets at Rite Aid Pharmacy on Main Street.
