    $545,022 — $19,019, or 3.6 percent, more than this year’s budget of $526,003.

    Highway budget

    $416,570 — $134,888, or 24.5 percent, less than this year’s budget of $551,458.

    School budget

    $6,687,585 — $344,688, or 5.4 percent, more than this year’s budget of $6,342,897.

    To see if the town will appropriate the sum of $65,382.75 in support of the Jaquith Public Library.

    To see if the town will approve the formation of a Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) district authorized under state statute to provide residents an additional financing option for energy-related home improvement projects. All costs associated with this financing option will be borne solely by its users.

    Shall the voters instruct officials to approve a resolution expressing opposition to the transportation of tar sands oil through Vermont, require fuel vendors doing business with the town to provide information on the origins of the fuel that’s sold, and phase out municipal fuel purchases that use tar sands?
