BARRE — Police say they have cited a man for stealing a donation box for breast cancer awareness from a store Thursday.

Arthur Fluegge Jr., 29, was cited on a charge of larceny from a person and is to appear in Washington County criminal court in Barre to answer the charge.

Police said Fluegge took the box from the Beverage Baron and then ditched it behind Dente’s Market. Police said the box and the money inside were found and returned to the store.
