Francis E. Carroll Rites

GRANITEVILLE — A celebration of life for Francis E. Carroll of Crest Street, who passed away on February 1, 2013, at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, New Hampshire, was held on Wednesday, February 6, 2013, at the Pruneau Polli Funeral Home.

Pastor Tom Harty of the United Church of Bethel led the service.

Words of remembrance were offered by Sandra Carroll, daughter, and Nancy Moran, sister-in-law.

Nicole Boisseau, daughter, read poems written by Francis’s grandchildren.

Pre-recorded hymns, “Daddy’s Hands,” “Wind Beneath My Wings,” “My Father’s Eyes” and “This Ain’t Goodbye,” were played.

A later burial will be held in the Maple Hill Cemetery in Washington.

Arrangements were in the care of the Pruneau Polli Funeral Home, 58 Summer St., Barre.
