Another veggie option

In reading the letter to the editor “Turnip for state vegetable,” a quick glance at it looks like it reads, “Trump for state vegetable.” Of course, we all know that “The Donald” is a New York kind of guy, yuck!

Although Donald Trump is like a vegetable, as he is so predictable in his far right wing and bizarre way of putting his foot in his mouth, he’s no Vermont anything, except possibly a snow bunny. As far as Vermont state veggie, since there were more cows than people in Vermont, how about hay or clover, alfalfa or oats. Silage is the winner. The cows would agree.
