• Teenager arrested on assault charges

    BERLIN — A Berlin teenager is facing charges of assaulting people at her residence Saturday.

    Taylor M. Dorr, 17, was cited on charges of disorderly conduct, unlawful mischief, simple assault, simple assault on a police officer and resisting arrest.

    Police say Dorr was taken to Woodside Juvenile Rehabilitation Center for holding.
