ST. JOHNSBURY — Two St. Johnsbury residents are facing charges for trying to get too close to an apartment fire.
Debra A. Miller, 23, and Robert A. Young Sr., 64, were both cited for disorderly conduct and impeding a police officer.
In separate incidents, police said the two tried to get beyond barricades in order to watch the firefighters battle the Dec. 23 fire on Railroad Street.
