BERLIN — An Orange man was cited for possession of a regulated drug Friday.

Police say Mitchell B. Chadwick, 21, was stopped on Fisher Road for having an expired inspection sticker on his vehicle. Police say they could smell marijuana coming from Chadwick’s vehicle and that he handed the drugs over when confronted about the odor.

Chadwick is scheduled to appear in Washington County criminal court Feb. 21 to answer the charge.
