David A. Nelson Rites

BARRE — The funeral service for David A. Nelson, 55, who died Tuesday, Jan. 8, 2013, was held Friday, Jan. 11, at the Hooker and Whitcomb Funeral Home in Barre.

The Rev. Kevin Rooney, senior priest of the Diocese of Burlington, officiated.

Remembrances were offered by Brad Smith.

Interment followed in Hope Cemetery in Barre

Bearers were Jesse Nelson, Stephen Nelson and Adam Boyle.

A reception took place at the home of Mr. Nelson’s father and stepmother, Theodore and Patricia Nelson, in Northfield.
