ST. JOHNSBURY — Vermont State Police say a Barre man rear-ended a snowplow truck on Interstate 91 Tuesday morning.

Matthew Jolley, 19, was driving his 1995 Subaru Outback south on the interstate in St. Johnsbury when he collided with the state plow, police said. They said Jolley was going too fast for the icy conditions.

Jolley’s vehicle was totaled, but there were no reported injuries and only minor damage to the truck.
