• Man pleads not guilty to charge

    MONTPELIER — A Barre man pleaded not guilty Monday to a charge that he violated an abuse protection order Sunday.

    Corey J. Blake, 25, allegedly violated the order Sunday and was held in the Barre City jail that night, police said. Bail was set at $500 cash.

    Blake was released following his arraignment.
