BERLIN — Police say an 84-year-old man hit five vehicles in the Berlin Mall parking lot after he lost control of his vehicle Dec. 21.

His name was not released, but police say his vehicle was found wedged under another vehicle. No injuries were reported.

The incident is not under investigation, and no charges were filed, police said.

Sources at the scene said the man hit the gas instead of the brake.
