EAST MONTPELIER — State police say an East Montpelier man drunkenly rolled his vehicle over on County Road on Sunday night.

Johnathan Cutler, 21, was driving north when he lost control of his 2006 Subaru Impreza on the snow-covered road, according to state police. The vehicle went off the west side of the road and rolled.

Cutler was not injured, police said, but they said he was driving under the influence of alcohol. He is to appear in Washington County criminal court Jan. 3 to answer the charge.
