Neighbors helping out

I would like to tell the people on Crosstown Road in Berlin that I notice all the time that while they are walking they also are picking up pounds and pounds of trash. It is too bad that some people are such pigs and throw garbage out their windows. I have recently witnessed a person wait until I passed him and then threw trash out his driver’s window over the bank coming down the Riverton side. I did not get a plate number.

No matter the weather I have seen residents picking up trash. I just want to say I appreciate it. Your work does not go unnoticed. Happy holidays to you good people.
