Texting and driving: Don’t tempt them

I recently read that a prominent auto insurance company had expanded its mobile phone apps to allow more communication by policyholders (quotes, agent location, watch company advertisements, contact the company, etc.). I can’t wait to read of the first auto accident caused by a driver texting his insurance company! What makes me feel that this isn’t helping?
