MONTPELIER — Joan Elizabeth Clack, 67, of Montpelier, died Oct. 25, 2012, at Fletcher Allen Health Care in Burlington.

A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 31, at Trinity United Methodist Church, 137 Main St., Montpelier.
