    Shumlin’s character in question

Gov. Peter Shumlin recently admitted — after much badgering by the press — that he had entered into a questionable land deal with a campaign donor. Why would he engage in such a seemingly unfair deal with his “friends” while a sitting governor? He seemed upset that the press would even ask him questions about his private dealings.

I believe the way that a person conducts himself in private dealings is an indication of the way that we conduct ourselves in public, in this case as our governor. And for this reason, among many others, I’m supporting Randy Brock for governor.

We need a change in leadership. The change we need is Randy Brock — someone with real business experience, leadership qualities, and a strong sense of honor and character. Please join me in voting for Randy Brock on Nov. 6.
