Trial is due on pornography, piercing charges
BARRE — The Roxbury man convicted of starting the 2010 Memorial Day fire that burned the Aldrich Block is set to have a jury draw in two months for trial on more recent charges.
Nicholas Witham, 19, is facing charges of possessing child pornography and piercing people illegally. Jury draw is set for Dec. 12.
According to court records, Witham had electronic devices that contained child pornography. He also allegedly pierced a woman’s nose, her daughter’s nose and her son’s lip without a license.
