PLAINFIELD – Vermont State Police say a Barre woman stole jewelry, coins and cash from a woman’s home while she painted the victim’s house sometime between Thursday and Friday.

Jessie Marshall, 36, was cited for burglary and possession of stolen property and is scheduled to appear in Washington County criminal court on Nov. 1 to answer the charges.

The Plainfield resident reported to state police that her belongings were missing after she went away for a couple days.
