• 6th suspended driving offense for Waterbury man

    CHARLOTTE ó State Police say a Waterbury man was caught driving with a suspended license for the sixth time.

    Kevin Scott Perry, 46, was seen by state police driving a four-wheeler on Spear Street in Charlotte without a license plate. He was cited and is scheduled to appear in Chittenden County criminal court on Nov. 13 to answer the charge.

    State police say Perry has five prior convictions for driving with a suspended license.
