Messed up benefits

Over the past few months we have recieved some very conflicting messages from Social Security. I was just wondering if anyone else has been going through this? We get one notice about more is coming out of our checks for Medicare, then the next month they say we are getting it back and all this insurance stuff is very conflicting as it is, and then, they say we are suppose to know what is going on.

I don’t know about anyone else but the health care system and Social Security is about as mixed up as my sock drawer. And I do not understand any of it. All I do know is they lay the blame on us if there is a problem. Well how does one submit changes, if there are any, and understand the letters that they kick out to the tune of three or more in one month, conflicting each other.

It would take a rocket scientist to even try to understand it. Even the drug store does not know what is going on.

Someone needs to figure this out so the common person can make heads or tails of it all. And then signing up for a prescription plan is starting all over to try to understand. Greek to me. Very hard to get all this sorted out.
