Heed the warning

The state’s “oldest motel” returns, namely The Knoll Motel. Is it a motel or a human warehouse?

Hopefully Berlin does not make the same mistake Barre did with the Pierre Motel and Budget Inn by allowing long-term housing of, let’s say for politeness’ sake, less-than-stellar folks. It’s a huge drain on emergency services, what with the fights, drugs and assorted other crap that comes with the riffraff boarded there by sundry state and local agencies.

Berlin Zoning Board, take notice. Just a friendly warning or you’ll end up with yet another police problem on the Barre-Montpelier Road.
