NORTHFIELD — A Barre man who police say was driving when he shouldn’t have been last week in Northfield is scheduled to be arraigned in Barre this week.

Northfield police say they cited Randy West, 50, for driving with a suspended license during what began as a routine traffic stop on Union Street on June 5. West is expected to be charged during his arraignment Thursday.
