EAST MONTPELIER — A Stowe man was arrested Tuesday morning after he drove off Horn of the Moon Road near Jacobs Road.
When Vermont State Police arrived shortly before 8 a.m., they found Nathaniel Cahoon, 22, of Stowe, with the vehicle, which was off the road.
Troopers suspected Cahoon lost control of the vehicle while under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested and processed at the Middlesex barracks.
