• Lawmakers listened on vaccine choice
    May 24,2012

Thank you to all our supporters in the Legislature, from the Vermont Coalition for Vaccine Choice, a group of concerned citizens over 1,500 strong and growing. Several of our local lawmakers listened to and understood parents’ urgent need to retain choice over vaccination decisions for their children.

We are especially grateful to Sen. Anthony Pollina, Reps. Peter Peltz, Tony Klein and Mary Hooper, as well as Sen. Bill Doyle and Rep. Warren Kitzmiller, both of whom changed their original opinions on this issue after being convinced by their constituents, which was very much appreciated.

Informed medical choice is key to keeping health freedom alive in Vermont and will be an important topic for us in November elections.

Thank you once again, elected lawmakers, for your support.
