BENNINGTON — A Vermont husband and wife are both facing charges they sent each other text messages in violation of abuse prevention orders.
Forty-year-old Randy Blair of Pownal pleaded not guilty Thursday to a felony charge of violating an abuse prevention order. He was ordered held pending a Friday bail hearing.
Blair’s 40-year-old wife Patricia Blair, of Bennington, pleaded not guilty to a misdemeanor count of violating an abuse prevention order. She was released on conditions.
