FAYSTON — Vermont State Police are investigating the death of a male at Mad River Glen who they said got stuck in a window Thursday morning.
The male — whose name, hometown and age police did not release by late Thursday — had tried to move from the ski patrol office into the ski repair shop through a small adjoining window inside the building just before 9 a.m. and became stuck, according to police.
The victim was removed from the window and his body taken to the state office of the Chief Medical Examiner, where an autopsy is scheduled.
Police did not give details on the cause of death.
Police said the death does not appear suspicious or criminal in nature, although an investigation continues. The victim’s identity was being withheld pending notification of next of kin, police said.MORE IN This Just InBarre Police Department investigating a string of vehicle break-ins Full StoryMONTPELIER — The Pavilion Building, which houses the Vermont governor’s office, had to be...
