Gov. Shumlin: Thank you for sharing your commitment to bringing state workers back to Waterbury. After what we have been through, it was very, very welcome. We know there are many factors involved, but to validate how we have been feeling is huge. I recently toured the complex and realized more than ever what a wonderful resource we have in our backyard. I can see why the workers want to return. We know that there is a lot of work in front of us, but at least we can now plan ahead and find ways to hang in there until we see the energy of the state workers once again on our streets!
