EAST MONTPELIER — A U-32 student was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest after an incident at the school Wednesday.
State police were called to the school at 12:30 p.m., where a 16-year-old female student from Berlin was refusing to go to class or follow instructions from her Department for Children and Families staff worker. The student was yelling obscenities and racial remarks at school staff and the trooper in front of other students, according to the police report.
