BERLIN — State police said a one-car crash Saturday night in Berlin was caused when a Fairlee woman was driving too fast for highway conditions.
Troopers were called to the Exit 6 off-ramp at 11:13 p.m. where Candy Laplante, 28, had lost control of her vehicle and rolled off the side of the ramp.
