BARRE — An East Barre couple were cited on charges of retail theft after an incident at Price Chopper.
Patrick Blodgett, 24, and Theresa Hebert, 20, who were with a 2-year-old child, were allegedly seen taking items and concealing them after the packaging was removed, police said.
