MORRISVILLE (AP) — A Vermont man who stole a tour bus, went for a three-state joy ride and posted a video of it on YouTube admits he did it – but says he's not guilty.

Thirty-eight-year-old Jacob Rehm — a former bus driver — took the bus Nov. 2 on a whim and headed to Allentown, Pa., but turned around in Connecticut and returned to Vermont. He says he was inspired to take the bus but that it wasn't a premeditated act.

He's charged with theft of services, operating a vehicle without owner consent and trespassing and could get 15 years in prison if convicted of all three charges.

Prosecutor Todd Shove says it's not every day someone documents their crime and posts it on YouTube.
