E. Montpelier man cited for violating court order

EAST MONTPELIER – Police arrested a 26-year-old East Montpelier man for allegedly going to a residence where he was not supposed to be.
State police said they arrested Justin Guarriello for allegedly violating his court-ordered conditions of release after they responded to a report of a domestic disturbance in the Sandy Pines Trailer Park in East Montpelier at 12:30 p.m. on Monday.
Police were told that Guarriello was outside the residence yelling, pounding on the door and trying to get in. Guarriello then left the residence in his vehicle but went to the state police barracks in Middlesex the next day where he was cited to appear in Vermont District Court in Barre to face the charge, police said.
