PLAINFIELD – The Vermont State Police received a number of complaints Thursday morning about items stolen from motor vehicles parked in Plainfield.
Four vehicles were reportedly rummaged through on High Street along with two others on Martin Meadow Road.
Items stolen included a small amount of cash, a wallet containing credit cards, and some electronics, according to the complaints.
State police trooper James Fox said it's a good idea for people to lock their doors to prevent thefts.
"That's what we typically tell people," he said.
