WILLISTON – A Craftsbury man who totaled his car on Interstate 89 on Tuesday was taken to a hospital with minor injuries, according to the Vermont State Police. Hazen Brodhead, 24, was driving north on the highway in Williston at about 1 p.m. when his car reportedly swerved back and forth within his lane and then crashed, police said. Brodhead was reportedly driving at a normal speed just before the crash, police said.

Brodhead, who was wearing his seatbelt, was transported to Fletcher Allen Health Care with minor injuries, police said.

The road was wet at the time of the crash and was closed down to one lane for about an hour as police and rescue vehicles dealt with the accident, police said. The crash is still being investigated.
