These are some of the incidents that occurred between
Sept. 9 and Sept. 14.
Sept. 9
Harassing phone calls were reported on Ellis Road in Roxbury.
A sex offense was reported on East Orange Road in Orange.
A small white dog with no tags was reportedly running around the road on Route 2 in East Montpelier. The complainant said people were trying to help the dog but the dog was scared. Traffic was reportedly getting backed up.
A burglary was reported on Hebert Road in Williamstown. A caller said she came home in the afternoon and found her room a mess and $40 to $50 missing. She said the house was locked and no windows were open.
Fraud worth about $500 was reported on Route 12 in Middlesex.
A car went off the road on Brook Road in Middlesex. The operator was reportedly out of the vehicle but was very "discombobulated."
Several thousand dollars in quarters were reportedly stolen from an Upper Road residence in Plainfield. The door was not locked, the caller said, but was tied with a piece of wire.
A burglary was reported at a house on Golf Course Road in Warren.
Sept. 10
A caller reported that trespassers had partied over the weekend at the Devil's Washbowl in Moretown. The partiers reportedly shot guns and knocked over a tow-behind camper.
An expensive bicycle was found down an embankment on Roxbury Road in Roxbury.
Sept. 11
A two-car accident with no injuries was reported near at the intersection of Route 2 and Route 14 in East Montpelier.
Police assisted with a search for the Hartford Police Department.
A caller told police that a blue Ford truck almost hit a child that was getting on the school bus on Route 12 in Worcester. The truck reportedly blew through lights and was going 60 mph in a 35 mph zone.
A stereo was reportedly stolen from a car on Butterfield Road in East Montpelier.
Two puppies were stolen from a car the previous day on Route 12 in Worcester, a caller told police.
A caller said her mail was stolen on Sept. 9.
A couple of young guys were reportedly trying to sell beef on Alder Road in Woodbury. The subjects, who were driving a vehicle with a Maine license plate, seemed extremely interested in who lived at the residence with her and if she was alone, the complaint said. She told them to go to the village of Woodbury to try to sell the beef.
A vehicle rollover with no injuries was reported on Route 14 in East Montpelier.
An assault was reported at a South Main Street location in Waterbury.
Sept. 12
Someone reportedly threw something through a big front window of a building on Main Street in Waitsfield.
A family fight was reported at Vincent Flats Road in East Montpelier.
An active physical fistfight was reported between several people on Stevens Brook Road in Duxbury.
All-terrain vehicles were reportedly tearing up Town Farm Road in Woodbury. The caller said they were going up and down the road and there is a mud bog in the area.
A possible underage drinking party was reported on Eagle Ledge Road in Worcester.
Sept. 13
A one-car accident with injuries was reported on South Hill Road in Moretown.
A possible domestic was reported on East Wind Drive in Waterbury.
Three males were reportedly trying to get another male to come out and fight on Austin Road.
Sept. 14
A box of checks was reportedly stolen from a Cram Hill Road location in Roxbury.
A caller said all of the gasoline was stolen from out of his farm tractor on Creamery Street in Marshfield.
Mail was reportedly stolen on Tayer Lane in Waterbury.
A mailbox post was broken and box was taken sometime the previous night on Dodge Road in East Montpelier.
A burglary was reported on Gore Road in Plainfield.
Fraud was reported as someone allegedly used someone else's debit card.
Camps were reportedly broken into on Nichols Pond Road in Woodbury.
A burglary was reported in Middlesex. A caller said while she was sleeping someone came into her house and pulled out her drawers in her entertainment center and left videos all over the floor. The caller said she doesn't think anything is missing.
A caller said she was being harassed at a Route 110 location in Washington by the biological parent of one of her foster kids.
